David Gagermeier moved back to Prineville in 1992, after leaving the Navy, to join the family business. He soon took over the operation and is currently the company President. He has been serving Central Oregon as a heating and cooling expert for 25 years.

We offer a wide range of heating and cooling services including product installation, repairs and maintenance. Our factory trained technicians can repair and service any make and model of heating and cooling equipment. We offer high efficiency American Standard ducted systems and Mitsubishi ductless systems. We also offer HVAC accessories such as indoor air quality and temperature controls.
